未来を完全に見通すことは、極めて困難です。
だからこそ私は、伝統に固執するのではなく、次のビジネスを模索することを決意しました。
成功するかどうかは誰にもわかりません。最も重要なのは、挑戦することそのものです。
これから先、私はスタッフを心から信頼し、道を切り拓きます。ただし、全く無関係な世界に手を出すのは賢明ではありません。これまでに築き上げたビジネスの領域を活かすべきです。新規事業は、伝統的ビジネスの弱点を克服するための武器であり、未知の世界を切り拓く武器でなければならないと考えています。
私は60歳を超えました。私の10年と、20代の若者の10年は、同じ重みではありません。これは人生の残り時間です。私は自分の可能性を、この残された時間に賭ける決意をしました。どこまで行けるか。何を、誰と共に成し遂げられるか。
企業は「継続企業（ゴーイング・コンサーン）」であるかどうかを社会に評価されます。人が去っても、企業は走り続けなければなりません。私は、自分が関わった会社に身を捧げたい。同時に、自分が生きた証を遺したいのです。
幸いなことに、私には君たちがいます。 私にとって最も重要なことは、残された時間で君たちと共に何ができるかです。これからも私の人生哲学を君たちに伝えていくつもりです。そして将来、私が成し遂げられなかったことを、君たちに託したいと思っています。
仲間は日本だけではなく、まだ見ぬ人々を含め、世界中にいます。その輪はこれからも広がっていくでしょう。それは私にとって、この上のない喜びです。

It is extremely difficult to see outlook entirely on things in the future.
That’s why I was determined to find next business instead of traditional business.
No one knows if it will be success or not. The most important thing is trying.
Moving forward ,I put my trust in my staff.
However ,it is nonsense to try the unrelated world.
We should try to relate business territory so far.
I think the new business must be the weapon for overcoming the traditional business weak points as well as the weapon of expanding to the unknown world .
I have already become over 60 years old.
For example , it is not same as the decade for my 10 years and for 20’s young people's 10 years.
That is the time that rest of life. I resolve to bet my possibilities to my rest of life.
Where can I go ?What can I accomplish it ? How can I accomplish it? With whom ?
Companies are evaluated if they are a going concern by the society.
Even if man passed companies must be keeping running.
I would like to devote a little to the companies I related.
For the same time, I would like to leave my proof of my life.
Fortunately ,I have you guys.
For me, the most significant matter is what I can do in the rest of time with you.
I will be supposed to pass down my philosophy to you from now on too.
In the future , I will count on you to accomplish what I couldn't .
Fellows, they are not only in Japan but also, they exist around the world including I haven't met yet.
They could be increasing more and more.
It is quite pleasure for me.
