先週、私が出資しているS-fabの社員旅行でパラワン島へ行きました。
ご存じの通り、我々は普段からプロジェクトの図面作成を彼らに依頼しています。
彼らの協力なしには、もはや我々の業務を継続することはできません。
以前お伝えした通り、「我々は地球人」なのです。
彼らと我々の関係は、国境を越え、強く深く結ばれています。これからも、最高の相互関係（インタラクション）を維持し続けていきたいと願っています。
スタッフに会える機会は年に2回だけです。だからこそ、この機会は私にとって最も重要なのです。
今回の再会は、楽しいだけでなく、別れの場でもありました。一人のスタッフにさよならを言わなければならなかったからです。
彼女はお母さんのために故郷へ帰ります。私は全スタッフに自分の想いを伝えました。
「私は『一期一会』という言葉が好きです。
英語では『第一印象が一生の印象になる（First impressions are the last impressions）』と言いますね。
今日までの出会いは偶然ではなく、必然でした。出会いは素晴らしいものですが、別れは悲しいものです。
たとえそれが、次のステージへ進むあなたのスタートラインだとしてもです。
我々と共にした様々な思い出を、私は決して忘れません。
あなたは永遠にS-fabの一員であり、また会えることをいつでも楽しみにしています。」
社長とは何でしょうか？
社長は、常にスタッフに対してこのような愛情を注いでいるに違いありません。どうか、この事実を深く心に留めておいてください。
まさに、サトウ産業の社長（私）も同じです。

Last week ,I participated S-fab's company trip in Palawan island.S-fab is the company I invested ,too.
As you know we ordinary order the S-fab the drawings of something projects.
We can no longer remain to operate our task without their cooperation.
Priviously I told you .' We are earth people'
Relationship in them and us are strong and deep tied beyond the boarder.
Moving forward ,I hope to mainaitain our relationship to continue the best interaction.
The opportunity I meet staff is only twice for one year.
That why , this opprtunity is most important for me.
This reunion was not only the fun but also the farewell.
Because we must be said good-bye to one staff.
She will go back to her home place for her mother.
I told all staff about my thoughts.

Encounter until today that have not been coinsidence but inevitable.
Encounter is wonderful but farewell is sad even if that will be the startline for you going the next stage.
Never will I forget the various memories having join us.
