たとえあなたが自分の国で一番賢い人だとしても、地球上には200カ国以上あります。
当然、賢い人が200人集まれば、1位から200位までの順位がつきます。
自分の能力を最大限に発揮できる場所、自分の能力を正当に評価してくれる場所を考えた方が良いと思います。
もし同じ時間を過ごすなら、私は会社の中核メンバーとして自分の能力を最大限に発揮できる場所を選びます。あなたにとって最適な場所は、巨大組織企業でしょうか、それとも小さな会社でしょうか？
最近、何人かの人に出会いました。ある人は、10年後に自分の会社が国内でその業界のトップ10に入ることを夢見ています。
次の人は、10年後にCFOになることを夢見ています。
3人目は、将来社長になることを夢見ています。
これは本当に素晴らしいことだと思います。
アメリカの大学の研究によると、大きな夢を持つ人の方が、小さな夢を持つ人よりも20年後に夢が叶う確率が高いそうです。
私は2人目の人に尋ねました。
「なぜ管理職になりたいのですか？」
その人は言いました。
「ステップアップは私にとってモチベーションを保つために不可欠です。
もしここにこのような機会がなければ、私は自分の存在意義を見出せていないことになります。」
私は何人かの人に、たとえ今の利益が50%でも60%でも、夢の中で努力は必ず報われると言いました。
するとある人が言いました。「いいえ、200%です。私は200%達成できます。」
その答えは私の想像をはるかに超える、信じられない答えでした。
さらに、私は続けてこう言いました。「ある人の夢は、10年後に自分の会社が国内のその業界でトップ10に入ることです。」

するとその人はまた言いました。「いいえ、世界のトップにならなければなりません！」嬉しくてたまらなくなり、今まで以上にその人に期待してしまいました。
最後に、その人に尋ねました。
「社長になりたい？」
「はい！」
「これからあなたを将来の社長として育てていきます。頑張ってください！」
これから、楽しいことがどんどん増えていくのが楽しみです。

There are 8000 million people residents on the earth.
Even if you are the smartest person in your country there are 200 over countries on the earth.
Naturally, 200 smart people gather it makes them number from number 1 to number 200 in order.
I think that you might as well consider where the place is your ability to do your best, where the place is fairly evaluate your abilitiy.
If I spend the same time, I choose the place where I do my best of ability as one of core members in the company. The best place for you is whether huge organized company or a small company?
Recently I encountered some people. One person's dream is that his company will be one of the top 10 companies in his industry in his country in 10years.
The second person 's dream is to be a CFO by 10 years later.
Third person's dream is to be a president in the future.
I think there is quite great.
I have heard that rate of dreams come true possibility 20 years later more who has huge dream than has little dreamer research finding in a University in United States of America.
I inquired something to second person.
''Why do you want to be manager?'
That person said.
''Step up is needfulness for me to keep my motivation.
If there is nothing here like this opportunity, I have not found out my duty of existence.'
I said to some people that making effort is always rewarded even if you gain profit only 50 present or 60 out of all dreams.
Then one person said 'No.200 percent. I can achieve 200 percent.'
That answer was beyond my imagination an incredible answer returned.
In addition, I spoke following that ‘one person's dream is that his company will be one of top 10 companies in his industry in his country in 10years.''
Then that person said again '' No. must be top of the world!'.
I became too delighted, and I thought I would expect that person more than ever.
Lastly, I asked that person.
''will you want to be president?
''Yes!'
''I will raise you as be a president of the future from now. stick on it!''
Several fun things are look forward to increasing more and more too.
