春のような陽気の中、心地よい環境でこの手紙を書いています。先週金曜日、希望館で社内発表会を行いました。 10名の社員による発表、3名の役員によるプロジェクト提案、そして年間表彰。私は2025年度について話しました。
　最後は、43年間勤められた方の送別スピーチでした。長年の尽力に感謝し、敬意を持って彼を見送りました。スピーチで私はあるエピソードを話しました。20年前、当時工場長だった彼に、私は『後進に道を譲り、サポートに回ってほしい』と告げました。今思えば、失礼な言い方で彼の感情を傷つけたに違いありません。ようやくそのことに気づき、過去の無礼を謝罪しました。しかし彼は『忘れたよ』と言ってくれました。実に見事な大人の対応でした。
　社員の人生に直結する言葉と行動に、私は重い責任を感じています。このことを厳粛に胸に刻み、突き進んでいきたい。今回、新部署『未来創造室 KIBOU』を設立しました。日常の課題を解決し、無限の未来を切り拓くためです。ここから未来の社長や副社長が生まれるかもしれません。彼らは私の分身です。いつか私を超えて成長することを願っています。苦い経験を糧に、全社員との信頼と理解を基盤として、この使命を真剣に、かつ慎重に進めてまいります。

It is very warm today. As if spring has come. I am writing a monthly letter in my room while being wrapped in a comfortable environment.
Last Friday We held internal company presentation by our staff at the KIBOUKAN.
First, as annual 10 numbers of staff had presented regarding their Thoughts.
Continuation, Project proposal in each department were presented by 3 board members.
The third one was the year of the award staff introduction.
The fourth one was regarding the 2025 fiscal year. I spoke it.
The last one was the farewell speech from staff who have worked for 43 years.
Thank you for working hard and long. We saw him off with respect. I spoke about such an episode in my speech.
About 20 years ago retirement staff was around 50 years old.
In those days, he had been the director at the head factory.
one day, I asked him ' I would like you to step down from the director of head factory ?
I have a plan to appoint the younger staff who was early 40s as a director of the factory head.
I would like you to support for him.'
Currently, I am thinking that what he had thought something against my declaration.
Definitely, I must have told him quite rudely. I must have hurt his feelings.
Finally, I realized about it.
I apologized for rude behavior in the past. However, he said ‘forgot it.’
This was mature response.
I have a deep responsibility to all staff.my words ,action affects their life directly.
Moving forward, strictly, bear in mind it, I would like to advance.
This time, I created new division. Which name is ' Future Creation Division KIBOU'.
The purpose is solution of daily various challenges ,explore the infinite future.
Some staff might be a president and a vice president in the near future.
The members in this division are generated as my alter egos.
I wish that my alter egos could further grow and surpass me someday.
Seriously, carefully, I advance this mission refer to bitter past experience on the base understanding and trust with all staff.
