昨日（２０２６年１月１４日）、私は国際大学（ＩＵＪ）を訪問しました。そこで私が話した内容を、皆さんにお伝えしたいと思います。
　「このような機会をいただき、ありがとうございます。今日、どなたかと素晴らしい出会いができることを楽しみにして参りました。せっかくの機会ですので、今日はできる限り英語でお話ししたいと思います。
　今日お話しすることは、まだＳにも伝えていない内容です。しかし今日は、彼女との出会い、そして私が考える『運命』について、皆さんにお話しさせてください。
　ご存知の通り、彼女は昨年６月にＩＵＪを卒業し、７月の頭に弊社にＳ入社しました。私たちの最初の出会いは、２年前、朱鷺メッセで開催された企業説明会でした。ありがたいことに、多くの方々が弊社のブースを訪れてくれました。彼女もその中の一人でした。
　彼女は笑顔で私を見つめていました。その瞬間、私は直感したのです。これは運命だと。『間違いなく、彼女は我が社に加わるべき人だ（私の事業を継ぐべき人だ）』と。
　私の好きな言葉の一つに『一期一会』があります。Ｓからは、インドに『First　impression is last impression（第一印象が、最後の決定的な印象になる）』という言葉があると聞きました。それはまさに『一期一会』と同じ意味だと感じています。
　付け加えて言うならば、彼女に『日本へ行きなさい』と勧めてくれた人がいます。それは誰でしょうか？彼女の最愛のお父様です。このような出会い（縁）を授けてくださったお父様に、心から感謝と敬意を表します。
　『出会い』とは何でしょうか？一見、それは偶然のように思えるかもしれません。しかし、私はそれが必然であると信じています。あなたが生まれた瞬間から、それは決まっていたことなのです。
　私は、この出会いを大切にしたい。今日という日が、私たち全員にとって素晴らしい出会いの日となることを願っています。ありがとうございました。」
　私は、皆さんとの間に（事業を託せるほどの）信頼関係が築けているだろうか？もし、まだそのような信頼関係ができていないのであれば、何としても、早急にそれを築き上げなければなりません。

Yesterday (14th Jan. 2026), I visited International University of Japan　(IUJ).
I would like to convey to you what I told.
‘Thank you for having such an opportunity.
I was looking forward to making a fine encounter with someone.
Since I have this opportunity,
I try to speak to you in English as much as I can today.
I haven’t told Ms.s what I am going to say today.
But I would like to speak to you regarding encounter with Ms.s and 'what's destiny' I thoughts.
As you know, she graduated IUJ last June, she joined us from beginning of July.
We met each other first contact was the company information session held in Toki Messe 2 years ago.
Thankfully, many students came to our booth.
She was one of them.
She was looking to me with a smile.
Immediately, I felt it was destiny.
‘Definitely, she should join our company.’
There is one of my favorite words ‘Ichigo Ichie.’ 「一期一会」I heard from Ms.s ’First impression is last impression’ in India. That means as like ‘Ichigo Ichie’.
Additionally saying, A person recommends her ‘go to Japan’.
Who recommends it?
That was her dearest Dad.
I deeply express my heartfelt appreciation and respects to her father making such an encounter.
‘What’s encounter?’
At first glance, it may feel like a coincidence, but I believe it must be inevitable.
It was decided from the moment you were born.
I want to cherish this encounter.
I hope today will be a day wonderful encounter for all of us.

I wonder if we make trust relationship between I and you.
If it doesn’t make trust relationship, by all means, we must make it early.
