「可愛らしい中国人留学生がいるんだけど、佐藤さん、どう、採らない？日本語は、ちょっと下手なんだけどね…。」２０２３年の初夏、親しくさせてもらっていた方から、そんな話を持ち掛けられました。
　サトウ産業の将来を、明るい未来にするために、いつも悩んでいた私には、思いも掛けない朗報でした。「今までの、固定観念にとらわれてばかりで現状を打破できない組織に風穴を開けるチャンスか！　２０年間、変わることのできない組織を変えることができるのでは？」私は、そう思ったのです。
　彼女が学んだ中国の大学と、日本の大学院での専門教育は、サトウ産業の業務と、直接的にはかけ離れたものです。
　しかし、どこの企業にもありますが、直接部門が、余計なことに気を取られずに、業務に邁進できるのは、『総務部』のような間接部門があるからです。ですからここで、何かやってもらおうと思いました。
　「何をしてもらおうか？社内報の作成。ホームページの製作。動画の製作、社員教育。他にも何かあるだろう。しっかりとできるかな？上手く育てることができるかな？そうでなければ、この子にも失礼だ。」
　将来的には、会社の中心にいるような人物に育って欲しい。明確な答えは出ませんでしたが、私の責任で、走りながらしっかりこの子を育てていくことにしようと決めました。
　そして、２０２３年８月２１日。日本国籍では無い第一号社員が生まれました。あれから、２年と２か月。彼女は、社長の特命案件を担当して、極めて難しいプロジェクトを成功させるまでに成長しましたし、彼女に続き、多くの日本国籍では無い人材が集まってきています。今月末には、全体の２０％を占める勢いです。
　来年も１名採用が決まりました。
　これからのサトウ産業は、今までの業務の承継と、そこから派生する業務また、グローバルな業務提携、資本提携を益々進めていきます。このことは、今までのことを踏襲していくことと、将来を見据え、夢を抱きながら、新しい生き方を模索していくこととの、同時進行で進んでいきます。彼ら、彼女たちは、日本国籍社員と一緒に、新たなサトウ産業の歴史を作っていく、きっと大きな力となってくれることでしょう。
　私は、急激なグローバル化の中で考え方を修正します。
　世界は、恣意的に国境が作られ、〇〇国、〇〇人という便宜上その固有名詞で呼んでいますが、全ての国、人間は、『地球』という星の住人です。私たちは、『地球人』なのです。こう言う方が、自然だと思えるようになりました。

At the beginning of summer 2023, dearly one of seniors told me that news.
Because I had always worried about Sato Sangyo’s future, it was incredible big news to me.
I thought that it might been a big chance for us to escape from the situation of stereotypes and made our organization think of outside the box.
It was quite different between specialization in university and graduated school and practical business.
But there are things like General affair department in the companies that contents of tasks are various.
Thanks to indirect department, direct departments can concentrate on production activity.
I thought 'What tasks should I depend on her?
Write monthly letter in the company, update the Home page, create movie, internal education and so on. How can she do ?'
I must raise her properly. I must avoid that unfortunate thing may happen.
I decided to raise her while running.
I had slight expectation for her development as a director in the future.
Finally, in Aug,21 2023,first foreigner staff was born.
It has been 2 years and 2 months since that moment.
She grew beyond my imagination and tried to make an extremely difficult mission eventually we were able to gain satisfactory result. That was first try as Sato Sangyo, too.
After following her lead, many foreign students started coming to Sato Sangyo.
It is great graceful affair.
Now foreign staff are on track to exceed 20 percents out of all staff.
I have already decided on 1 foreign student DX programmer next Apr.
Moving forward, try several challenges. Specifically speaking, succession traditional work, derive work from traditional work, business alliance and capital alliance int he world and so on.
Namely, we will continue to carry out current work simultaneously, look to the future, dream and seek new way of life.
Foreign staff must become huge strength force with Japanese staff to create new history.
I modified like thoughts of stereotypes because the world is changing on gathering pace.
We are calling foreigners as a certain country, a certain country person .Border was made in intention by politic.
We are resident living in Earth. It has started to seem natural to me.
