2週間前、私はハノイへ行きました。初日に、なんと50年ぶりという大洪水に遭遇しました。初日から非常に刺激的な体験でした。
　ハノイへ行った理由は、銀行口座を開設するためです。5月から、新会社を設立するために、さまざまな困難を克服し、乗り越えてきました。そしてついに、それを成し遂げることができました。わずか約1年の出来事です。
　1年前、私たちは出会いました。突然、奇妙な日本人があなたのオフィスを訪ねてきて、「業務提携・資本提携をしませんか？」と言いました。もちろん、その奇妙な日本人とは私のことです。
　おそらく、あなたは自分に何が起こったのか理解できなかったことでしょう。しかし、間違いなくそれは“運命の出会い”でした。そして、確かに会社は設立されました。とはいえ、これからその中身を作っていかなければなりません。
　現在、取締役は4名です。それぞれが責任と権限を持ち、取締役としての役割を果たさなければなりません。
　ベトナムは若い国であり、発展途上の国です。無限の可能性があります。
　あなたたちは多くのことを学ばなければなりません。そして、その多くを私から学ぶことができるでしょう。
　今後、新会社における私の使命は、組織を構築し、規程、マニュアル、コンプライアンス、ガバナンスを整備することだと考えています。つまり、新会社と取締役会を世界に通用するレベルへ引き上げることです。
　少なくとも、私は東京証券取引所に上場したサトウ産業を育て上げた社長です。今後、私は自らの様々な経験・価値観・考え方などを彼らに伝えていきたいと思います。
　当面の目標は、この新会社を10年以内にハノイ証券取引所に上場させることです。
　これらの私の考えを、10月末に予定している最初の取締役会で取締役たちに伝えるつもりです。


Two weeks ago, I went to Hanoi.
On the first day, I met huge flood for the first time in 50 years.
From first day, I experienced very exciting.
The reason I went to Hanoi was to open account.
Since May, we have planned and overcome many afflictions to create new company.
Finally, we were able to accomplish it.
Only about 1 year.
1 year ago, We met together .Suddenly, weird Japanese visit ed your office and said 'Why don't you make business alliance ,capital alliance?　Off Corse, weird Japanese was me.
Perhaps you didn't understand what happened to you .
Certainly, destiny encountered.
Surely, Company was established.
But we will make contents from now on.
Now, there are 4 persons as directors.
Each other must pretend to be role director on responsibility and rights.
Vietnam is young country.
is developing country.
There are infinite possibilities.
They must learn varieties.
They can learn that from me.
Moving forward, I think that my duty for new company is to construct organization, make regulation, manual, compliance, and governance. In brief, rise new company and board members to apply to the world.
At least, I am as a president rose Sato Sangyo to listed company in Tokyo stock exchange.
Moving forward, I would like to convey to them my various experiences, values, thoughts
and so on.
For the time being, we aim is that we evolute this new company to become listed company in Hanoi stock exchange by 10 years.
These my own thoughts will convey directors at the first board of director at the end of Oct.
