先日、新聞を読んでいたらAIに関する記事を見つけました。
ある会社では、社員に業務中にAIを活用することを義務付けることにしたそうです。
内容は、1.マーケティング調査、2.検索、3.資料作成、4.会議で活用、5.AIで内容を整理して会議に参加、6.議事録作成。
量的に見ると、全体の業務の3分の1程度です。
さらに、人事評価や採用・配置なども2～3年後には活用されるようになるでしょう。
その会社の社長は、AIをどれだけ活用できる社員がいるかが、他社との競争に勝つ鍵だと考えています。
全く同感です。
私も、社内のあらゆる業務にAIが必要なのは認めます。
そして、DXと並行して進めていくのがベストだと考えています。
今でも、小さなことではありますが、昨日より10倍良くなったと実感できる業務があります。
会社として喫緊の課題は、AI・DXエンジニアの育成と、AI・DXを効果的に活用できる組織の構築です。
成長の波に乗り遅れるわけにはいきません。

The other day, I found article as to AI when I read newspaper.
It seemed that a company decided to require that employee using AI during working.
As below 1.marketing survey
2. search
3. make document
4. use it at the meeting
5. participate the meeting after sort contents by AI
6. written minutes.
Approximately , there is one third in the whole tasks quantitively .
In addition , personal evaluation , adopt and distribute staffing will be used by 2 or 3 years later.
President in that company think that how many employees who use AI we have is decided to win the competition with others.
I can't agree with him more.
Even me , I acknowledge needful of AI whole tasks ordinary in the company .
And I think that combine the DX at the same time process is best.
Even now, It is a small thing there is a task I feel it has improved better 10times than that of yesterday.
Emergency matter in the company is growth of the person AI and DX engineer ,construct organization for effective using AI and DX.
I can't late get on the train of growth.
